- Do you suffer from headaches or do you want to improve your overall general well-being?
If any of these apply to you then set sail on your unique, whole-body treatment journey with Lucy Mills.
Lucy is a friendly, patient-centred, knowledgeable and dedicated osteopath. Lucy works with patients as a team to develop a treatment plan tailored to each individual so that they receive the best possible care. At Avon Osteopathy we understand that true well-being is more than just the absence of pain – it is the harmonious function of your entire body!
Osteopathy is a non-invasive, patient-centred and holistic form of manual therapy which aids with diagnosis, treatment, prevention and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions. A variety of techniques are used such as soft tissue massage, stretching, manipulation, joint articulation and exercise advice to name a few.
Having completed her masters degree in osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy, Lucy has set up Avon Osteopathy right in the heart of the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, not far from Stratford Upon Avon. Lucy is continuously looking to expand her knowledge to help her patients, and she is also currently on the Animal osteopathy course so she will soon be able to treat your four legged friends too, no matter how big or small!
